1.1 This Privacy Statement describes how the Controller processes the personal data of its Users.

2.1 The Controller collects personal data from a User when the relevant User has communicated this personal data via the Website to the Controller [for example by contacting a request for information about the services or products of the Controller, placing an order with the Controller, or by the User has registered for the newsletter of the Responsible Party].

3.1 The Controller will not pass on the personal data of its Users to third parties, unless:
3.1.1 the transfer is made to a processor engaged by the Controller for the purposes listed in this Privacy Statement, with which processor the Controller has concluded an agreement that ensures that the processor offers sufficient guarantees regarding technical and organizational security measures with regard to the carry-out processing; or
3.1.2 The person responsible is obliged to pass on personal data to competent authorities on the basis of legal obligation.

4.1. Soul Water uses cookies to optimize the functionality of certain pages of the website. Cookies are small text files that are placed on the visitor’s computer by a page of the website. Such cookie stores information such as certain preferences of the visitor. As a result, Soul Water can better serve the visitor on a next visit.

6.1 The Controller shall keep personal data during the period in which it considers this relevant in the context of its services unless the Controller is obliged to keep personal data for a longer period on the basis of a statutory provision.

7.1 The Controller has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data of Users against loss or unlawful processing, including SSL security on its website.
